Expedient

Expedient is part of the OpenFlow GENI control stack and allows creating experiments through a rich user interface. Expedient has two main characteristics:

• Pluralistic: It is capable of orchestrating different types of aggregates (e.g., PlanetLab, OpenFlow) by adding control of new aggregates through plugins.
• Multi-substrate: It can provide centralized control over multiple aggregates so that an experimenter will have a global view.

Most things experimenters want to do (e.g., create slices, manage users) can be done through the Expedient web interface.
